Bryan Morera concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation and international business disputes. A passionate litigator, Mr. Morera has argued a wide array of legal and procedural issues, from the customary to complex dispositive motions, before state and federal courts. Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Morera has represented clients in the negotiation of settlements, both inside and outside of mediation, and has taken and defended hundreds of depositions. Mr. Morera most prides himself on being able to help his clients during their time of need and providing the best service possible by going the extra mile.
Mr. Morera is a proud double-Panther, having earned both his Bachelor’s degree and his Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University. While in law school, Mr. Morera made the Dean’s List multiple times, reflecting his commitment to academic success, and he interned for Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Jose M. Rodriguez and Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Veronica Diaz.
Mr. Morera is admitted to practice law in Florida state courts and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar, and is also a member of the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) and the Dade County Bar Association. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
